J’avais oublié cette anecdote, il y a déjà plusieurs semaines, à un arrêt de bus à Fresno, en Californie. Je me renseigne auprès des gens qui attendent.
- Is it the good line to go to the city center ?
- I don’t know.
- Heu… The city center, Fresno ?
- I don’t know, ask the driver when a bus comes.
Autre tentative:
- Is this line going to the center ?
- To which center ?
- Beh… The city center !
- I don’t know. Where is it ?
- ?! Beh…
Soit les gens d’ici ne sont pas des lumières, soit il y a comme quelque chose qui m’échappe. Encore un essai:
